Learn how to relax amongst the vines with Gayle Glomski guiding a short Yin Yoga practice followed by a long guided savasana. Yoga Nidra or Yoga Sleep helps you access different layers of brain waves to release endorphins and download thoughts. The process of mindful relaxation can reduce stress, high blood pressure and increase mental clarity and IQ. After feeling rebooted, indulge in healthy, seasonal and local foods by Chef Bryan paired with Page Springs Cellars wines.
Please dress in clothing that is not tight or restrictive
Please plan to bring a yoga mat, pillows and/or a lightweight sheet or blanket
