Anyone who has visited the Page Springs Tasting Room in the past few years has certainly glanced to the West out at our beautiful Dos Padres vineyard on the other side of the Creek. Many have said that the high position and visibility of this vineyard truly transformed our valley into an indisputable wine region. Vermentino hails from Northern Italy and can also be found in Southern France and Corsica. This vintage gave us a classically crisp, tangy white wine that is all about lemon zest, limestone, sea foam, crisp apples and a hint of struck match. This is a perfect food pairing wine and will go wonderfully with all types of seafood, pasta with white sauces, and mild cheeses.
