One of the greatest things about producing spirits is seeing what creative bartenders will do with your pride and joy. Local bartender extraordinaire and cocktail book author Micah LeMon started playing with putting our liqueurs in oak barrels. Needless to say we loved our Barreled Coffee Liqueur, made with Mudhouse Coffee Roasters’ coffee, so much we decided to make a batch to share with the world. Enjoy!
