Located in a Riverine cul-de-sac just a few miles upstream from our winery, Hidden Valley Orchard is a small Eden in a classic, central Arizonan, upland desert. The modest but densely planted organic orchard is owned by the Harper family and tended by manager Steve Maier. Home to several varieties of apples including Rome Beauty, Gravenstein, Red & Golden Delicious, and Winesap, this special blend of varieties bring freshness and balance to the wine. Pure essence of apple hits you on the nose and follows with tingly, juicy crisp apple on the palate.
