Ah… what a wonderful grape Mourvèdre is! Never frosts, grows straight toward the sky and is super low maintenance compared to its brethren. Of all the rosés we craft, this is always the most savory. Red delicious apple skin, cranberry, rhubarb, and sweet loamy characters set this wine aside from overly-fruity rosé renditions found throughout the marketplace. This wine is also the softest and richest of our rosé lineup and will go to food-pairing places other pink wines would not dare. Try it in place of Pinot Noir with mushrooms, duck, pork or…just enjoy it all by its lonesome. Drink within 2 years of the vintage.
