Rosé from Counoise at Colibri has now become part of our annual ritual. Once we made it and tasted the results, there was no going back. Bright, focused citrus zest frames a wonderfully tart interplay of young stone fruits, quince and grapefruit. The signature Colibri white pepper combines with a light earthiness and provides a savory side that makes this wine infinitely pairable with food.
