100% Viognier

Viognier likely originated in the northern Rhone near Condrieu where it is still grown today.  We have worked closely with Pillsbury vineyard over the years and have produced some great wines from Sam’s site. This Viognier is no exception. The classic, floral-perfumey Viognier notes jump out of the glass and the palate is blessed with both citrus and more exotic, tropical characters.  This wine will drink beautifully young, but consider laying a few bottles down for a year or two, to see what beauty time reveals.
