100% Mourvedre

Dos Padres, our newest vineyard here in Page Springs, was name after its owners: Rod Young and Terry Glomski – my Stepfather and Father, respectively. The steep volcanic slopes of ash and limestone have already proven themselves, yielding two of the best wines of the vintage (this being one of them!) As would be expected of Mourvedre, this is a distinctly masculine wine. Dark fruits are framed with leather, a rustic-earthy spice and a greenness that reminds one of the dry Arizona uplands. Dos Padres joins the portfolio of our top vineyard sites alongside our Estate and House Mountain. Enjoy!
