100% Chardonnay

We have worked closely with Pillsbury Vineyard over the years, and have produced great wines from Sam’s site. This is our first vintage working with Chardonnay from Pillsbury Vineyard, and it is quickly becoming a winemaker favorite. Lush and round, while maintaining structured minerality, nuance and complexity. We pride ourselves on crafting elegant Chardonnay through stainless-steel fermentation and sur-lee aging in neutral oak barrels. Enjoy the wonderful fresh pineapple, green papaya, lemon, and brioche characters of this classic, Burgundian style chard!
