We have worked closely with Pillsbury vineyard over the years and have produced some great wines from Sam’s site. This is our first vintage working with Chardonnay from Pillsbury Vineyard, and it is quickly becoming a winemaker favorite. Lush and round, while maintaining structured minerality, nuance and complexity. We pride ourselves on crafting elegant Chardonnay through stainless-steel fermentations and sur-lee ageing in neutral oak barrels. We can’t encourage you enough to age this wine for a year or two to see its true potential.
