55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Sangiovese, 6% Nebbiolo, 5% Merlot, 1% Aglianico

2016 marks the sixth year Page Springs Cellars has produced a classic Tuscan-Bordeaux style blend.  We are becoming increasingly excited at the vast quality improvements we are seeing from Arizona grown, Italian and Bordeaux varietals. We have once again chosen Cabernet and Sangiovese as the majority of this blend, giving this wine beautiful acidity and luscious fruit. This should prove to be an amazing food wine and should cellar well in the mid to long term.
